Hello Anita, My name is Luke Burns, Alberta Advantage Party Candidate for Edmonton-Northwest. I’ve just recieved an email asking Alberta’s political leaders to share their plan on how to meet the needs of more than 500,000 Alberta residents living with arthritis and improve arthritis prevention, treatment and care.

So far, our party’s stance is to improve research in the field of immunology, specifically how the body heals.

My own research has led me to two things, that chronic illnesses are the result of inflammation, and that spinal subluxation plays a key role in the body’s response to inflammation. To increase our intake of dietary lignans (lignans), we must first begin by treating our soil better and to then produce better quality food. By doing these two things, we would also be addressing the effects of oxidative stress.

I recently discovered that by increasing the amount of natural anti-inflammatories, as well as seeking chiropractic help (through first adjusting the atlus and then by activation from the head down through prolonged visits) can significantly lower the signs and symptoms of arthritis, both rheumatoid and osteo.

Although it will be difficult to say if I will be elected, I’m more than willing to share a plan with you that may help with future endeavours.

Would you have me send my response to you, or is there a different email that you would prefer?
