ACE is speaking out on behalf of people living with ankylosing spondylitis in Saskatchewan. The government of Saskatchewan has declined to list any of the three biologic response modifiers approved by Health Canada to treat ankylosing spondylitis. Yesterday Cheryl Koehn, the president of ACE, held a press conference to bring attention to the issue of discrimination against people living with ankylosing spondylitis, and all forms of arthritis in Canada.
