Staying active with arthritis in the digital age
How can online physical activity trackers affect your arthritis care?
Heard about Fitbit? Maybe Jawbone? How about Exercise Apps? Ongoing study recruitment of people with any type of arthritis that would like to learn more about how these online physical activity trackers can be used to stay active is happening now! No experience with these tools is necessary to participate.
The study is called ‘Arthritis Care in the Digital Age’ and is led by Dr. Linda Li of the Arthritis Research Centre of Canada. Researchers will hold focus groups in British Columbia and Alberta.
You will learn about the latest in physical activity trackers in the focus group and a small honorarium will be offered to all participants. Focus groups will be held at a time and location that is most convenient for participants.
If you have not yet participated and would like more information, please contact Jenny Leese, Research Assistant by phone at 604-207-4006 or Toll-Free: 1-877-871-4575, or email jleese@arthritisresearch.ca.
