Arthritis at Home Episode 58
As 2020 comes to an end, the challenges we faced this year continue — the COVID 19 pandemic, health inequalities, delivery of healthcare – just to name a few. While these challenges affect everyone — in every community — the fact is, they don’t affect everyone equally.
In the 58th and last Arthritis At Home episode of 2020, ACE leaders, Cheryl Koehn and Kelly Lendvoy, look back at key healthcare events this past year and how they will inform new ACE programs and activities in 2021. Summarizing the past year, Cheryl observes: “Although the path forward from 2020 may feel uncertain, one thing has never been more clear: To change the lives of people living with arthritis for the better, we have to come together, listen to each other and work together towards building a brighter, safer, more just future we can all share.”
