JointHealth™ express April 29, 2010
Reminder – ACE survey asking about your experience with access to healthcare professionals in Canada closes on May 15, 2010.
Do you live with arthritis? How do you feel about the quality of your experience with access to healthcare professionals? We would appreciate hearing from you.
Timely diagnosis and treatment for people with arthritis varies widely across Canada. Research shows that delays in accessing appropriate treatment and care can result in higher rates of disability, increased joint damage, increased pain, and significant reduction in quality of life.
Arthritis Consumer Experts wants to do more to better help you, our community member and JointHealth™ subscriber. The best way for us to do that is to hear from the true experts on the disease: people who live with arthritis.
Arthritis Consumer Experts (ACE) created a survey to learn more about the experience Canadian residents have with accessing healthcare for their form(s) of arthritis. From the data we gather in this survey, we will be able to let you know in future JointHealth™ publications about the challenges other Canadians like you may be facing when it comes to accessing healthcare. Also, we will present the results to government and healthcare providers, which may assist them in making improvements to healthcare access.
The survey includes 15 questions and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation will be anonymous and results will be pooled for analysis.
Please click here to take the “Access to Healthcare Professionals” survey. Participation is anonymous and secure. The survey ends at midnight on May 15, 2010.
Thank you for choosing to participate in this important survey.
