JointHealth™ express September 23, 2009
What affects more British Columbians than heart disease, cancer, or diabetes?
It’s arthritis.
Arthritis affects 1 in 6 British Columbians. That’s over 600,000 people in BC of all ages – from children to grandparents.
During National Arthritis Month this September, the arthritis community, led by Arthritis Consumer Experts is taking arthritis “on the road” to raise awareness and to change British Columbians’ perception about the effects arthritis has on our communities, our families, and our lives with the Where is Arthritis? tour.
We would like to invite you to an informative workshop, which will provide you with the opportunity to learn more about arthritis, how to manage your symptoms better, and to get a demonstration of an arthritis screening to help you with the early detection of arthritis.
It’s time for a change – please join us at this upcoming arthritis workshop and screening.
